K004 Discount

Dear SD Experts,

Below setting done perfectly to get the material discount based on cumulative.

Ex: Discount 10 rs if customer reached 10 qnty ( 1 or 2 sales orders ex )

Settings made

1. Condition update check box activated.

2.In VK11 maintained scales.

But material discount is coming into sales order only if I create sales order from 10 qnty only.

First Sales order 5 and second sales order 6....So here customer reached 10 ...discount should come.

Hello,

While maintaining the Condition Record, you should not maintain scales. Since this is not scales relevant data but update of certain certain condition on fulfillment of which the discount is applicable.

You need to go to Additional Data (or press F7) to go to Additional Sales Data view and maintain Max. Condition Value / Max.number of Orders or Maximum Sales Quantity thereof.

Thank you so much for you answer.

As per you,If I maintain system will give discount till Customer reached the Maximum Sales Quantity.

But In my case...

Target sales order :50

If customer orders 10qnty,in one sales order,again 20,again 30...Now he reached 50 qnty now discount will apply.

Any comments please...

System should start triggering the material discount once the customer reached given qnty.

Example : 100 Qnty --5 rs discount.

So customer can create number of sales orders and if all these sales orders qnty reached to 100 then material discount will apply.

System will not function as you were expecting.  You have to add this logic to VOFM routine or explore rebate functionality if your client can offer discount by way of credit note at a later date

S071 Transaction also updated with some sales documents.

Remove scale and run the transactions again.
