CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR in CRM system

Hello

We are getting CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR dumps in out CRM system for certain duration and count is more than 300. This is happening when a CRM workflow it is trying to have RFC connection to our ECC system, it is giving this dump. Please help if you had similar issue.

What happened?

Error in the ABAP Application Program

	The current ABAP program "/NPC/SAPLECS_IES_COMMON" had to be terminated because
	it has
	come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

	The error occurred during an RFC call to another system.
	In the target system, a short dump has been written as well.
	More detailed information on the error cause can be found there.

check ABAP connection in SM59. and work with Basis on the connectivity.
