Portal tabs

Hello,

Some days ago I have a problem with some users in my SAP portal. When the users log into it doesn't appear the menu tabs. This only ocurrs with some users not with all.

I've tried to clean portal cache, delete the user but the problem continues. I can't see any error at defaultTrace or dev_server* log.

The Portal is NW7.0 with Oracle 11g.

Please could you help me?
