HI,
I have a scenario where i need to remove the time stamp from the file name
When I researched with the team what was causing the file to not import automatically, I learned that there is a challenge with the naming format which is not allowing our import scheduler to automatically sweep for the file and import it into benefitsolver. Currently, your file is reading with a date and time stamp so it looks like the following: Businessolver_Alexion_MMDDYYYYHHMMSS. Evidently, the time stamp at the end is what is causing a conflict with our import scheduler.
Can we only remove time stamp from the file name?
thank u all

Hello Sharvan,
Is the timestamp added by the file receiver channel?
Remove the add time stamp option from the receiver file channel processing tab.
