There is a practical issue happening with out client & here it is.
we would like to understand at what point SAP
sends a response back to TIBCO(external interface). As per current
scenario we understand that for inbound idocs posted to SAP, with
trigger
immediate option, Tibco is waiting till IDOC reaches 53 status in SAP.
From the perspective of a TIBCO adapter, it waits till the idoc reaches
53, instead of processing or send the next idoc in their queue.( TIBCO
processes IDOC serially one after the other). This waiting for Status 53instaed of 64 immediately once the idoc is created in SAP, has led to
Delay in processing from Tibco end. How can we over come this issue.
Can you please raise the priority of the ticket to High. We have
Business
impact which we can explain in detail after increasing the priority.
