I am want to set up email notification for documents blocked under Embargo:I have already done the following settings:-
1. In Control Settings for Embargo Check (SPRO), "Mail for Doc Block" is ticked under Workflow
2. GTS document type is also ticked for "Mail dispatch in case if Technical Incompleteness" under Notification Control- Define Document type.
3. The Embargo User Group is maintained with user having correct email ID through transaction SUGR.
4. The User Group is assigned to Embargo Legal regulation and FTORG in System Communication cockpit.
5. SCOT is set up with mail ID of User in User Group.
Yet email notification is not received.
SOST does not show any email generated either when the document flows from ECC to GTS or thereafter.
Outlook mail is being used in office.
Please advise what could be missing.
