INC from Alert Inbox - Client not specified

We are looking into the use of 'Create Incident' from the Alert Inbox.  When we try to create an incident for an ABAP systems see the message 'You have not specified a client'. 

There is no available field for client from this screen.

For the iBase component we set Partner Assignment for the Support Team and Sold-To Party on the productive client without luck.  Wondering is there another location to set the desired Production client?

This is most likely iBase related. I've encountered similar issue where we had set up an interface to an external service desk and operators were unable to create incidents due to such errors.

Check the client field in IB52 - installed base 1 - on the system where you encounter issues, open up the entry and click on "component detail" button in the right pane. This is normally the spot where the value comes from. I've seen some strange behavior though where customers had obsolete / old entries in the iBase (system existing twice or more for example).
