Transaction history details for a period in SAP

Hi,

We have received a request from Business asking number of times a transaction has been executed in SAP system for a period of time . We tried referring to ST03n Transaction details, which provides the number of steps executed, which is not accurate as it include each dialog steps performed.

We also look into STAD option, which only provide for a specific date but not period.

Another option which we tried was SM20, however the audit log has not been enabled in system.

Please let us know if any standard transaction or reports are available in SAP which provides the accurate details on the transaction execution list and the user details.

We are having SAP Netweaver 7.4 system.

Hi,

Any of the ST03N details will not show the number of times a transaction was run, but rather a sum of all related dialog steps...even when using the User Profile view.

Unfortunately the only way I know how to track the "transaction start" event over a period of time is via SM20 (which obviously has to be activated and already running over that period).

Follow the steps below

Step 1: Execute the ST03N

Step 2: Select Expert Mode from the Drop down on The Administrator Icon

Step 3: Double-click the sever name to expand and get the details

Step 4: Scroll down using the up/down scroll about on the left of the screen and select the

            appropriate month.

Step 5: Double-click the selected month

Step 6: Expand the User and settlement Statistics option and Double-click User Profile

Step 7: Find the user for whom you want to get the list of Tcodes executed in a stipulated period.
