Forecast consumption Issue

Hello Experts,

The issue is regarding forecast consumption error.

1. Our consumption rule is backward 25 days and forward 7 days, which means the big demand 340 of wk31 should firstly consume past 25 days forecast, here we found past weeks left over forecast cannot cover all demand, it will then consume forward 1 week.
2. Per calculation, wk32 forecast should have some left over, while there's 0 shown in SNP planning book, pic2.

Appreciate if you can help to find out the root cause for this behavior.

Please check the consumption situation in /sapapo/rrp3 [Forecat] tab.
If you still think there's any issue there, please attach screenshots.
