how to ignore 1st row form the file(Excel) Receiver CC

Hi All,

I have a scenario to send an excel file to the customer. I have successfully completed it through SAP PI. Receiver channel is FTP and the sender is Proxy.

But in the out put excel file I have to remove the first 2 rows...

How can I achieve this in SAP PI through Receiver FTP channel?

Kindly help me in this...

Hi,

You have the option to deploy the module bean developed by Eng (). As Eng documentation said there is the option rowOffset that you can pointed the row to begin to extract the data. Ask in the blog to Eng Swee Yeoh if you have any doubt about his bean.

In the Sender File Adapter, we have an option to Ignore the Initial few Records using Document Offset.

why don't to avoid sending the Initial two records to Target by handling it in Mapping Step?

If possible please post your sender and Receiver Structure over here.
