status and action profile

Hi,

  While working in CHARM,we have created Request For Change and found some status like

                                             Created,

                                             Validation

                                             To be approved

                                              Rejected

                                              Extend scope

                                              Approved

                                              Being implemented

                                              Implemented

                                              Confirmed.

We know that when RFC reached the Rejected status a email will be send to the requester(RFC is rejected)  likewise we need to know for other status what are the Actions will be triggered otherwise tell where we can find it.

Also for Normal, Urgent etc..

Hi Selva.

First of all please look into action profile of SMCR. There you can find all actions that are used for this transaction type. Based on their definition, some of them will send a notification, some will do other stuff.

Other part of the problem is conditions. For each action you can specify start and trigger option.

Everything can be found in SPRO or you can use transaction SPPFCADM to look directly into action customizing.
