Major changes of Solman support desk 4.0 comparing with Solman 3.2

Could any one help to know the major changes of SAP support desk 4.0 comparing with Solution manager support desk 3.2.

Maybe this document will help you out:

then in the left navigation bar click on "Media Library" -> "Overview Presentations", document "New Features SAP Solution Manager 4.0"

But I didn't find a "Release Note" document like for mySAP ERP components with detailed information about changes.
