service WebApplicationContainerServer not starting

Hi,

We are using SAP BO 4.1, we have installed client and server on same machine after that WebApplicationContainerServer which is core service of CMC is in failed state, even we have tried to start WACS it is not starting and shows message as "This server is considered failed because it has stopped 5 time(s) in 60 minute(s)."

Because of this we are not able to getting java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect exception while getting logon token through REST API http://infba03853.bglrodc.lntinfotech.com:6405/biprws/logon/long.
