Hi,

Most of the cases, mode of transport get updated in export declaration.

But i observed in few cases, mode of transport and Office of Exit are not updated even though it is available in delivery document.

There is no issue in delivery document at all.

Any reason of abnormal behaviour of system.

Hi M K,

Those data are taken from the Foreign Trade header data in the Billing Document.

According to the configuration settings, the FT data in the Billing Document may be copied from / referenced from the Delivery, or re-determined when during creation.

So you should check your SD configuration, to make sure that the FT data is taken from the Delivery.

Is this happening for any specific countries ? If yes, check your MOT mapping in feeder system and ensure you have maintained them correctly.

Also, ask the developer to put a break point when the data is being handed over to GTS from feeder system and ensure all the required information is mapped to the API.
