Access to My Oracle Support

Hi

We have the Oracle license bought via SAP (ASFU).

We'd like to set-up Oracle Enterprise Manager to monitor our Oracle databases.

Is there any way to get access to My Oracle Support to download patches/Oracle Support Notes? The Offline-Patching method is not... umm... satisfying.

The only reference I can find is SAP Note "758563 - Oracle Metalink access for SAP customers" - but it was not updated for years and is not valid anymore.

Does SAP provide a "Support Identifier" for this?

Hi Michael,

SAP metalink account is not visible for SAP customer. If you need to view any metalink, raise a ticket to SAP and list the doc number.

Hi Michael,

Now Oracle is not providing access for metalink to SAP Customers who bought Oracle license through SAP as earlier. SAP Note 758563 is obsolete.

There is one SAP Note which gives insight about minimal downtime for patching. Please check it if not checked already.
