Hi All,

Problem Solved..

It is because of problem in SAPRouter starting string,

I used the command "saprouter -r -S 3299 -V 3 -K "p:CN=host name, OU=Installation Number, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE"

But the correct one is given bellow,

saprouter -r -V 2 -K "p:CN= Host name , OU=Installation Number, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE"

When the first command used, the router will starts but connection can't be open,

Thanks to all for help me a lot,

Regards,

Sajmal

Hi Avinash,

Thanks for your replay,

P * * *  in the routtab file and our router is working fine till last Saturday so i think it is not a port problem.

Hi Sajmal.

Check the SAPRouter service and ISP connection. If possible do the full restart the SAP router systems and then check the same

Dear Sajmal,

Please share dev_route file from SAP router. Lets see if we find any hint there.

Hello Sajmal,

As far as i know ...i believe connection to SAP through OSS1 is obsolete.

you should check SAPOSS connection and perform test connection.

1. Check if SAP router has been started with correct user.

2. run command sapgenpse seclogin -l and check the output

3. If certificate has been expired, then kinldy renew the certificate.

Hi Anil,

Thanks for your replay,

We configure the router in the last month, so it is not an certificate problem.

I use root user, Test the command you mention. Shows the bellow screen,

Looks like user root is not the one  with which saprouter was installed.

Please check

Hi Anand,,

Root user is the admin user so it can manage saprouter , is it ?

Or only it can manage by the SIDADM user ??

Thanks and Regards,

Sajmal

Dear Sajmal,

If you intend to start and use SAPROUTER by root user then please generate the SAP router Credential for user root and then restart the router.

Command to generete the credential file:

sapgenpse seclogin -p local.pse -O root

It should solve your problem.

Anil
