CCMS_OnAlert_Email alert : Terminated in RZ20 detail

Hello.

I'm trying to configure email alerts in CCMS.

As no mail appears in SOST (or in my mailbox ...) when the alert is triggered, I started to look for an error somewhere...

When I'm looking in rz20/SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitors/CCMS_SelfMonitoring/DEV/MoniInfra_SERVER0_DEV_00/ToolDispatching(short running tasks)/messages , I have some errors like this :

CCMS_Tooldispatching_Messages_1 01.08.2016 16:27:04 Red

Method CCMS_OnAlert_Email terminated. This affects MTE: DEV\SERVER0_DEV_00\...\Dialog\UsersLoggedIn

How can I have more details or more logs about this Method "terminated".

Hi.

I fixed my issue by removing "DEV:000" in the Sender field.

But I can't explain why it doesn't work with "DEV:000:MYUSER" but OK with "MYUSER"

Hello

To get closer for a solution it is recommended to check agent log and availibility of the agent in RZ20
It is a good kba too > 2151750  and note 1304555

Good to hear issue solved
