GRC 10.1 SP13: 500 internal error

Hello Everyone,

We are on GRC 10.1 SP13. I am getting 500 internal error on user risk analysis,Role search and other screens in NWBC.

I have activated all ICF services and done with configuration setting as well.

and also reviewed 2331111 and 2299562 notes and implemented applicable notes but still getting same error.

I am attaching error screen shot and ST22 DUMP.

Please help me to resolve the issue.Appreciate your support.

Dear Sushma,

To resolve this issue, implement the latest version (3) of SAP note 2331111 - AC 10.1 ARA : GRC NWBC 750 issues in FPM. Let us know the result.

Did you refer the below blog by Luciana Ullmann and same issue was mentioned with possible solution
