Hi Experts,
I have configured Service Catalog as per the help page available in the below link.

I now want to test this by creating the service catalog as mentioned in the demo
But I am not able to find the option SERVICE CATALOG in the CRM UI. For troubleshooting I went to Businessrole SOLMANREQ in transaction SPRO > Customer Relationship Management > UI Framework > Technical Role Definition > Define Navigation Bar Profile > Define Navigation Bar Profile > SOLMANREQU > Assign Work Centers to Navigation Bar Profile and added the sm-catalog workcenter.
Still I am unable to see the same in SM_CRM page of the standard requester user IM_CREAT_<SID>.
Kindly advise. Thanks in advance.

Hi Vivek,
Could you please check under the following path if the SM-CATALOG is marked inactive? if yes, then uncheck it.
SPRO --> Customer Relationship Management --> UI Framework --> Business Roles --> Define Business Role --> Select 'SOLMANREQU' --> Adjust Work Centers.
