Unable to Download Reports on SAP NetWeaver Portal

Hi Guys,

When I try and download reports on the SAP NetWeaver Portal, it shows this error message.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I've tried updating to the latest version of Java and have also tried using this on IE 8, 9 and 10.

I have also tried this on our Corporate network and a mobile network and am still getting the same error.
