Universe metadata SAP 4.1 sp 7 IDT

Hi Guys

Is there a quick way to get the IDT Universe metadata in Excel ?

I want the list of all the available objects with folders and subfolders...

I know how to get that in pdf by right clicking the .blx layer and do save as..

But it does not give me the excel option..

Is there a way to have it in excel as my business users want to test it and update the object name or description of the objects/metadata and it can be easily done in excel...
