F.28 program for every changes - during sales order change or clearing of oldest open item

Hi ,

We are using credit management functionality at our client ,based on

1) Credit Limit for High risk customer

2) Oldest open item for Medium risk customer ,

I have issue that,

1) When we add monthly schedule line / daily schedule line , credit mgmt will not work and i have to run the program f.28 to work properly

2) for oldest open item , if suppose or oldest open item get clear then credit mgmt will not work then also i have to run the program f.28 to work properly ,

Is it necessary to run the f.28 program in above two cases

or something works wrong ,

Kindly guide for on above,

You have not explained clearly as to where you felt system is not working.  Ideally, it would be appropriate if you explain with an example.  Predominantly, all sort of credit issues will happen because of incorrect setting in OVA8
