URL Shortener

Looks like SAP has a URL shortener service which can be found under /default_host/sap/url/go

Testing this service shows:

Provide an application ID: /sap/url/go/<APP_ID>.

Has anyone tried to use this service?  Where can the application IDs be configured?

If this is not a URL shortener, does anyone have a documentation for this service?

There is little information about /sap/url/go.

Hi Ning,

Thanks for your recommendation on using external aliases, but I think it does not make use of the /sap/url/go/<app> service.  But surely, it helps achieve URL shortening requirement.
