GRC10 Distribution List derived wrong user id

To gurus,

I faced an issue with distribution list deriving the wrong user id as approver.

In GRC10, we use DL for role owners.

In some cases, we have similar user ids like SPPROX and SPPRO.

when the ARM gets to the role owner stage, instead of SPPROX being derived, SPPRO was derived.

We checked the DL email and the set up was correct, meaning SPPROX was in the email list.

Does anyone have similar issue and resolution for it?

Hi,

apology for the long pause. We check the SNOTE and our SP level is higher than that and it was applied before. We are planning to open OSS message. thanks.
