Work Center not visible in Responsive UI?

Hi Experts,

I have created custom BO and created the screens and assigned this BO to business user. I can see this work center in HTML mode. But this work center is not visible in Responsive UI. Do i need to do some settings.

Can you please help me in solving this issue.

Hi,

Open your workcenter view in UI Designer and in the Properties window locate Configuration -> Tags -> select the popup and add two entries:

1) Device : Desktop

2) Device : Tablet

In the property window of your screen, you can check 'Tags'. Force the screen assignment to IPad. (If your issue is not resolved yet)

Note that, if you had created with Desktop only and changed it adding the Tag Tablet, you also need to perform the following tasks.

1. On PDI, Administration -> Update Authorization and Access Rights

2. On Silverlight, Open Business Role and "Update Users"

3. Logon again o RUI and it should be fine.

I've not tested on OBN, but TBN works fine.
