Problem when creating Interface Determination?

Hi experts,

iam working on a senario while creating interface Determination system hanged,i have not saved it and i have to start ID again.when iam doing the Interface Determination again its giving problem while creating Interface Determination currently USER(me) editing it,but iam not editing it and iam creating it again.

i checked if it may be in objects but i cant find it in object.how to create it, its giving same problem when i loged off n loged in again.

goto XI Start page -> Administration -> Lock Overview and delete the lock on the particular object and you should be fine
