Embedding SAP UI5 application into the detail view of My Inbox app

Hi,

I have implemented my inbox application and i can see all the pending workitems in the app.

Now I am  trying to embed sap ui5 application into the detail view of  my inbox app when the user clicks on the corresponding workitems.

I followed the note 2305401 and did configuration for travel request workitems, but didn't help.

Steps followed:

     - Created new entry in the SWFVISU  for travel request task.

     - Added parameters SEMANTIC_OBJECT and ACTION.

     - Added parameter openMode  with value as embedIntoDetails into tile configuration of Approve travel request app.

Please help me get through this.

Attached are the screenshots for your reference.

Hi!

What exactly did you when you click on task?

I also have problem - this 'embedIntoDetails' option doesn't - open an empty screen. I've opened ticket to SAP Support, waiting for results.

Hi Konstantin,

After i click on task, details of the particular workitem is getting displayed, same like how we get in my inbox app. Nothing changed.

I had put breakpoint in class CL_SWF_UTL_URL_INBOX_GEN but it didn't get triggered.

Vikas.

Hi Vikas,

What is the My Inbox app version?

Parameters in SWFVISU are missing for the Approve travel request app to display details.

Hi Masa,

We are using my inbox version 2.0.

What all parameters needs to be added and what values it should have?

Vikas

Hi Vikas,

I guess you have not applied mandatory notes.

Take a look at 2221151 - Release Information note for SAP Fiori MyInbox 2.0

2305401 - Integration of SAPUI5 Fiori Applications into My Inbox 2.0

has description for parameters and route. You need to look at the target app.
