Hi gurus,
We're using version 10.0 of SAP GRC application suite. When I'm scheduling the CCM job for a BR having SAP Query sub-scenario, I'd have expected a background job in ECC (target) system for that SAP Query. However, I noticed there's nothing in SM37.
When I check the SM50, it shows the query is consuming DIA work process. As such, whenever the query execution time exceeds 600s (as per the timeout parameter), there is a short dump in ECC, and the corresponding GRC job shows Communication failure.
Has anyone faced this before? Any clues on how to make SAP queries utilize the background work processes in ECC via CCM scheduling, so we don't have to worry much about the execution time?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Hello Sumanth,
Seems to be issue with parameter:rdisp/max_wprun_time
refer the below SAP Note
2047097 - SAP Query: Communication failure with remote system
