"Partner functions may not be changed"

Hi all,

When trying to change a created PO (for example, adding an internal note), we keep getting the error: "Partner functions may not be changed".

Anyone an idea what this error means, because we are not changing anything about the partner functions.

details:

SRM 4.0 Extended Classic Scenario.

SRM SERVER 500

Hi Tom,

This message " Partner functions may not be changed " you are getting because

you are not allowed to do change your PO .

So try to have full authorization for doing this operations.

you can maintain this in Personalization Tab in Trasaction PFCG for the specific

Role.

Hi Tom,

Can you plz explain me exactly what you did in the authorization to remove this error. Right now i'm getting this error while posting an invoice in the IMS in the production environment.

I tried to replicate this issue in testing, but i couldn't. The error do not occur in the testing environment. So it makes me to think that it could be some authorization...
