Can't Save Webi reports on device BI 4.1Platform from Mobile Client

Hello,

We are trying to work on offline mode and have given correct parameters in CMC ( Applications --> SAP BI Mobile --> Client Settings :

savePassword=false  

offlineStorage=true 

offlineStorage.ttl=365   

offlineStorage.appPwd=false )

Restarted the server also, But going to BI Mobile APP ( latest update on android device ( phone )), viewing the webi report works fine, but on pressing the 'Add to device' button, we are getting the message ' you cannot download this document due to policies defined in enhanced security'.

We have logged on from administrator with full control, still nothing works.

SAP BI Mobile App version is : 6.2.15. Nothing is saving offline, even assigned storage from mobile application.

Configured everything again, redployed .war file, but webi/ds from business objects mobile when clicked add to device giving warning :

You cannot download this document due to policies configured for enhanced security

What could be the reason ? I am using the administrator account. offlineStorage is true from CMC and restarted.

Webi personal views I am able to save but they also get deleted after 2-3 times of logging in out of application. Time to live for app is set to 365 days.

Please confirm if the device date and time has been set to latest date.
