Distributor and Retailer

Hi Guru's,

My clients need distributor and Retailer relation, the scenario is the customers are maintained under some distributors the billing and shipping can be done only for retailers but Order placing and payer will be sold to party. now they want to maintain the relation between that is Distributor is accountable for every transaction of retailer. How can i maintain these relation in SAP please help.

Partner Functions in Customer Master can be maintained for Ship-To-Party and Payer. Can you please elaborate on "Distributor is accountable for every transaction of retailer", what accountability has to be maintained?

Hi,

Did you try with different customer Account Groups

Main Account group is Distributor which is the sold to party

and retailers are maintained in different group with partner Function in Distributor account group

if you maintain Ship to party and Payer partner function for the distributor this requirement can be met.
