Time Administrator in Fiori MyTimesheet 1312

Hi All,

We are using Fiori App "MyTimesheet" as a part of our implementation program. Using this we can find there is one feature missing. In the back end S/4 HANA system we can still use the classic CAT2 and use the Time Administrator to entry time for several employees who even does not have SAP user id set up in system. For this I do not see we can use the same feature for the app though.

We found to back end set ups to be done if we need one user to book time through this App.

1. First the Fiori ID or the SAP user ID should be assigned with a data entry profile to be assigned in the user role maintenance.

2. We are also assigning the SAP user id (Fiori ID) to the employee Personnel Number in Infotype 105 (Communications).

Now he is able to use the App and book times.

So this means only the users who has SAP user IDs set up in system will be able to use this Fiori?

Do you know if the time administrator can be set up for this Fiori? Or the time administrator is does not work in Fiori?
