solman 7.2 - Business Process Analytics error

Hi.

I am testing bpmon in solman 7.2 ramp-up version.

The monitoring on alerting is going well, but the result of analytics shows" 0 Documents" with error message "No data found matching the given Filter Criteria for the selected Analysis Type" , although there are a lot of data about the key figure.

How can I get data about this key figure ?

Please give a solution.
