missing CCm in SICF tcode

Hi

I am referring the CCM config cookbook downloaded from service market place. I went to SICF-> default_host>sap>bc-->bsp. IN cookbook there is an entry with name ccm. But, I could not find this entry in my system. we are using SRM 5.0 and srm server 550. What might be the problem. Do i ned to do any other settings.

Another doubt is we have manitained in SRM SPRO in "external services" entry for bugseye. In the integrated call structure we have maintained the URL as below

http://nspad205.pal.sap.corp:1081/Bugsi/BugsEye. Can I access this URL from the WEB ( through internet explorere ) . How do i access the catalog and maintain the products in that.

Hi Shankar,

Is CCM Component is maintained in your SRM Server.

CCM is an add on component to SRM and it is not delivered along with standard installation CDs and it will be available in other CDs .

you need to do separate installation for that.

ask your system administrator for further information.

If you want to know how to find the available components in your server check

the Transaction SPAM and check whether CCM is maintained or not.
