how to get the list of billing documents?

Hi Guys,

All abt i know is BAPI_BILLINGDOC_GETLIST" contains the info. but then what are the parameters that we are supposed to pass? any one please tell me how to create some sample billing docs thanks in advance.

hi kiran,

this bapi will give you information about the already created billing documents by taking billing doc numbers or range of billing doc. numbers.

you can do normal sales cycle like create order- delivery - followed by billing using t.code VF01, as already answered in your other post.

List of billing documents can be taken from VF05 ( Billing already done)

Awaiting Billing can be taken from VF04

Hi Kiran - Try VF04 and you should be able to create some billing docs out of the orders/deliveries (whichever is configured in your system).
