Work Manager 6.2 / Not edit Work Order in PPC

Hello Experts,

I new in Work Manager. I found this in the configurations manual of Work Manager 6.2 in 5.1 Globals / 5.1.1 Global Listing

Group: WO

Name: EnableEditWO

Default: Y

¿Is this global parameter used for determine if user has the ability on the client to edit or no edit work ordes?

The entry didn´t exist in the globals parameter section and I did have create it and set value to "N" but do not work (let me change order in the PPC)

What am I doing wrong?

The global section in the config panel is used to overwrite a version that is in the editor. 

The Global needs to be in the global section of the client to be able to be used on the device.  The config panel is just to change change value without the need to publish a new version of the application with the updated value.

I would suggest to check in Agentry editor the rule. as per my knowledge there is some condition like it checks assignment type and workorder should not be teco'd
