This can happen due to many reasons, however you need to do troubleshooting. I would do the following generic checks
1. Check your cloud connector is up and running.
2. Cloud connector is connected to correct HCP account (in section Connector State of Could Connector cockpit)
3. It is able to connect to the back end system (in section Access Control of Could Connector cockpit)
4. The Destination is maintained correctly on HCP cockpit and the connection test is successful
