SPL is not checking

Can you please help me on why the SPL is not being checked, for specific countries,

Hi Turk,

Now that you have corrected the configuration for activating the Legal Regulations (separate posting on SCN), I guess this issue has also been resolved?  Please confirm - thanks.

Here is my guess..

1. Determination procedure  has Country to Country combination activated

2. At SPL specific configuration this might not be activated only for this 2 countries combination, please post that screen (assuming you have already checked it)

3. If above is not the case , please check enhancements on this corner.
