Products Restriction based on Business Role in SAP C4C

Hi,

I am looking for a configuration by which I can restrict certain products' access to specific business roles. E.g.

Business Role A - can only see product 1 & 2

Business Role B - can only see product 3 & 4

Business Role C - can only see product 1, 2, 3

How can I achieve this in SAP C4C?

HI Nidhi,

To achieve that, I believe you would have to have the Products assigned to different Sales Organizations.

Then, the Access Restriction could be set as Restricted with Restriction Rule: 1- Sales Organization of Employee, meaning that the Access would be based on the Sales Organization of the Employee that is checking the Product.

Hi Nidhi,

Currently Restricting Products/C4C Objects for Business Roles is not possible. The only possible way will be what Felipe had suggested using Sales Org. Can you explain the business use case in detail?
