Hi Experts,

Please help me on PCOE configuration .

while creating incident I am not able to provide priority in below screen the priority option is hidden,how to enable priority option .

I have clicked edit button also but still graded out.

Hi Yuga,

Sorry, it is my fault. Click edit button in this area.

And also check your authorization in transaction SU53 and note 1842773 - "Send to SAP" button greyed and disabled.

Hi Team,

Now i am facing one more issue ,

In the same screen after creating incident i am not able to send incident to SAP due to in collaboration tab send to SAP option is graded out .Please find below screen and help me.

I am solved this issue.

Solution : On the right side of the panel in the given screen setting symbol is there there i changed it .

Hi Yuga,

Please check if note 1763987 - Service product INVESTIGATION not found helps or not.

Please try to select priority during incident creation.

Please try to logon with created customer key user.

Create incident as below

Select transaction type for incident

Input incident description and priority.

and then continue with the following steps.
