Dear Experts,

While Performing PI Monitoring at Step Load Meta Data, I am getting an Error".

ERROR WS call:SOAP:1.023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR")

Any Pointers to resolve this issue, will be of great help.

Hi,

Are you using a WS adapter for the receiver communication?

Did you check the generated RFC, receiver communication when activated normally creates a HTTP RFC to the receiver system.

How are the connections defined on your receiver system, is the load via web dispatcher port.

Try to get this RFC working and then refresh the receiver communication and check again

Could you post "dev_icm" log and the error screen, so that we can have some more information about this error?

Q1 Already points to note 1796893, so it should be applicable to your system.

Regarding the second error reported: ERROR: WS call : SOAP:1,023 SRT:Processing error in Internet Communication Framework (ICF Error when receiving the response ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR).

Please note 1822831 - Web Service Soap Errors in solman_setup ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR --> Make sure the certificate(s) are approprietly maintained in strustsso2 transaction

Additionally, Please check following points in SOLMAN_SETUP: System Preparation --> 4 Configure Connectivity --> 4.4 Set Authentication Policy System Preparation -> step Configure Web Dispatcher, verify if the right Web Dispatcher host and port have been entered

2018632 - SOLMAN_SETUP: Step Configure Web Dispatcher shows warning 'Cannot check WS connection through ICM, as parameters are missing'
