Interpreter Failure,The ITS failed to generate response for current request

HI SAP Gurus,

Good Morning,

Issue:The users/requisitioner/Purchasers are facing problems while Processing Purchase Orders.

'The user are facing severe problem while Processing Purchase Orders.'

The following error message:

'Interpreter Failed'

"The Internet Transaction Server failed to generate the response for

current request."

"Please contact the system administrator.Internal error code: 0x2101"

is faced by the users while adding a new line item or while changing

the payment terms or while changing the PO(user is trying to 'add a new line item' or changing the 'Payment Terms' in ‘Process Purchase Order’ Transaction )in 'Process Purchase Orders' Transaction.

Also the requisitioner is facing the same problem in 'Process My

Purchase Orders' Transaction while changing the PO.

Hi,

Have you checked ST22?What analysis is it showing?Also check whether the note 859213 helps.

Also republish the service for 'Process Purchase Order’ and check.

In ST22 , we find dumps for the user and these messages:

"UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION" CX_BBP_PD_ABORTC

"SAPLBBP_PDH" or "LBBP_PDHU08"

"BBP_PD_ABORT"

We also received this message( 'Buffer Table not up to date' in an information dialog box) in BBP_PD transaction for the PO.
