Error while replicating Source System in APO : Message no. RSAR051

Hello Experts,

recently our source BW system was migrated to a new BW system and which makes me to create a new InofProvider and the DTP in development, now before moving the changes to Quality, i am trying to Replicate my Quality Source System i.e. new BW Quality system, but getting error as

There is already a line with the same ke y.

Message no. RSAR051

Basis team had checked the RFC connection - and is working fine but i am getting Blank screen when double clicking the source system in RSA1 ( not displaying any Data source)

need your help on this,

My first guess would be an RFC connection issue, but you said it is working fine according to your basis team.
