OverallWMStatus in VL32N

Hello everyone,

I'd like to askabout the WM in the Inbound Delivery VL32N

After creating PO and Inbound Delivery, I want to create TO before PGI with VL32N but it show "No items or handling units to be placed in storage could be determined".

I have read this topic why my inbound dlivery not relevant for transfe... | SCN and check all of the steps mentioned in this topic, but can't create TO.

   "

       - Plant/Storage Location assigned to warehouse

     - Delivery Itme category ELN - relevant for putaway

     - Create PO with Confirmation control key Inbound

     - VL31N Create Inbound delivery and make sure you have correct storage location at stock placement and save it

     - LT03 Create TO

     - LT12 Confirm TO

     - Vl32N - Do the Post goods receipt  "

Anyone can help me, please....

The overallWMStatus is no check and I don't know how to fix it.

Hi Tran,

Could you please share the screenshot of table T320 entries for the Plant 1000 and Sloc 1215. In the meantime, check that the item category determined in the delivery is relevant for the picking.

T320 show the Plant/Sloc/Whs assignment which as Juergen has already stated, can be viewed multiple ways.

In your question you posted "Plant/Storage Location assigned to warehouse"

now the screenshot shows that you did not do that.

What do you expect?

I use MM01 to extend to warehouse, is that right or have anyway ... Sorry because I learn by my self and google so I don't know so much about SAP..

Hi Tran,

No table entries found means the sloc 1215 is not warehouse managed hence no warehouse determined during the delivery creation (See your attachment) and you cannot create transfer order.

Please do the assignment (Plant - Sloc - Warehouse ) first.

In the material you maintain only data for a warehouse.

It is just the warehouse number displayed in organization data above the first entry field in WM1 and WM2 view. A WM view in a material master has no relation to a storage location, this relation is only established in customizing.

you can right start again from beginning, as this delivery cannot be used any further after you completed you customizing.

I wish you the best for your self study, but WM is a tough area and you would need a strong business background to really have success and understand the connection points. The SAP training is worth any penny, and I saw many experienced professionals there which were really struggling.

SCN itself is not meant as a replacement for class room training. We can help you over some hurdles, but the basic questions will be removed by me.

Hang on, lets rewind a bit.

In your original post, you state that you want to "create the TO before PGI" ??

Do you mean that you want to create the TO before you receipt the IBD ??

Then, apart from the missing configuration assigning your Whs to the Plant/Sloc, you can not create a TO wrt an IBD without receipting the IBD first.
