SAP Fiori Leave Approval: Footer Invisible on Airwatch Browser

Dear Experts,

We are using Airwatch Browser, to access the Fiori Application.

We are facing an issue that the Footer(Approve/Reject) Buttons are not visible in the Approve Leave Application.

Attached the screenshot for the same. The footer buttons are ideally hidden behind the Taskbar of the browser. When we scroll the page, we are able to see the footer but not able to click on the buttons.

This seem to have happened after the latest update from Airwatch on the Taskbars.

Has anyone encountered similar issues and was able to resolve it of provide any workaround.

Any pointers would be much appreciable.

Hi Hegadeesan,

AirWatch is not a supported browser for Fiori.

For supported browser, please refer to 1935915 - Fiori for Business Suite: Browser / Devices / OS Information.

Hi Ning,

Thanks for the response.

Due to LAN connectivity constraints my customer could access the applications only on Airwatch Browser.

Moreover, the issue is only specific to iPhone and working fine in Android Phones. And the issue occurs only after the latest Airwatch Update.

Hi Jegadeesan,

Please let your customer use Apple Safari browser or Fiori Client to see if the above error still exists or not (sorry, I'm not familiar with AirWatch browser in LAN connection).
