1. Are you clearing the old spool requests? Refer the SAP Note
1422843 - Wrong deletion date in spool request
2. Check the Spool DB, execute the Spool database consistency check using the transaction code SPAD.

Hi Jorge,
Is the transaction/job which triggered this spool still active?
Do you see a corresponding lock in SM12 for the same.
If yes, you will have to wait for that transaction to complete, before you can delete the spool request.
