Sequence of actions appearing in charm

Hi All,

We have to change the sequence in the appearance of actions in CHARM UI; i.e. when we click on actions, "Approve transport to quality" shall appear as first option in actions than "reject transport to quality". Any suggestions please!!

Hi Neha,

In customizing (SPRO) go to

SAP Solution Manager -> Change Control Management ->  Transactions -> Actions -> Change Actions  and Conditions -> Define Action Profiles and Actions

Then select the Action Profile for your change document type And click on "Action Definition"

The column Sort Order decides the sequence in your document.

Click on Edit and make sure that "Approve Transport to Quality" has a lower sort order number.

Hi Neha,

In Action Profile - > Action Definition, ensure you maintain the right sort order.

If both these actions have the same sort order, then you can maintain a number lower than the other for the action 'Approve Transport to Quality'.
