PCo Agent status is showing as faulty in Management console

Hello Experts,

I am facing the issue with the agent that is created in PCo Management console i.e, when I start the agent in the Management Console its color is turning to red. The strange thing is that the agent is automatically turning its color to green sometimes. I am struct in the middle to complete my task as it is frequently showing the agent status as faulty. Below is the screen snap for your reference.

Could you please help me in this regard.

Hi Shanthi,

Try by keeping all your PCo services & dependencies are in automatic mode. Then manually try to start PCo services , it should not through any error .

Make sure the defined port no on agents should not conflict with other applications\services.

Hi Shanthi,

Please place the Agent Instances Log Mode to Verbose, stop Instances, clear the logs, and restart agent instances and see what errors are logged.
