Please check, that the user is not blocked and has enough authorizations.
I think the following SAP notes are helpful.
1493272 - A user gets locked automatically
1665838 - How to check why a technical PI user gets locked
999962 - PI 7.10 and higher: Change passwords of PI service users

Dear John,
PIISPOD user has used in this scenario. The error message is -> Unothorized and on the second screenshot -> "authentication did not succeed".
If it is a single stack system you can change authorization and password in NWA -> Configuration -> Infrastructure -> Authentication and Single Sign-On or Identity Management.
Please check if the user is not locked -> Users have locked usually because of the wrong passwords.
If you have double stack system, please check in R/3 -> SU01 as well.
Please pay attention to change the password in the system, it will affect several other things as well.
Best regards,
Bence
