Print generated from SAP to have user details

Hi Team,

Is it possible to print user details ( SAP ID & Name ) on the printouts coming from SAP?

If yes, Please share me the steps to configure the same.

Hi Anand.

I think you can control thruight ABAP program to print the user details below each printouts based on your SAP Application used. you may contact your Abaper further details.

Or simply enable the "Cover Page" on SPAD and the first page of the printout will have the details of the user

Hi Anand,

Go to SE16 and give the table USER_ADDR. There you can list the users. If you want to print, in EDIT tab Print option is there.
